Credit/Refund requests will not be processed without a completed “Refund Request Form”* and medical note. Refunds for camps will be made if requested in writing, at the Student Activities office (room 272) according to the schedule in the chart below. A $75 administrative fee will be kept for all requests done after June 1st. You also have the option of receiving a camp credit applicable later in the summer 2010, depending on availability, or in 2011. Refunds in the form of a check will take 7-8 weeks for processing. We reserve the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in situations including, but not limited to, illness and death in the immediate family.
